New Dev File: Quest Log Item

Ever been running around in a big D-Mod and haven't a clue what you're supposed to be doing? ExDeathEvn's new Quest Log should help!

Add it to your D-Mod and Dink will have a logbook to carry around which can be checked every time you forget what that strange duck asked you to fetch for him.
