The poison is an essential part of the dmod. The goal of the game is to get u explorin, interacting with various items/objects, trying different screens...etc. and please forget about the water bug 
it would b helpful if some1 actually told me where it is so that i could consider correcting that in a newer version, if i'm destined to. thanks for playing this all.
