I went to the IE help but couldn't find what ur talking bout. here's what I am doing when trying to d/l dry: click on either fileplanet or wcnet. Real Download pops up and either gets the "file not found" or " Authentication required", which goes back to my original question. I don't know what it wants. I' really sorry to be such a pain, but I am truly computor-illiterate. The good thing is that I learn and absorb fast. However I understand that people have other things to do so

Well, if you want to download from FilePlanet (not only this D-Mod Dry but also the other files), you'll need to sign up for a (free) account, which you can fill in there. Once you've done that, you can download Dry (or any other file)
