Um, that sorta silly, deleating your ofline items. What if you need them ofline? Any anyway, if your really bothered by cashe problems, goto tools, then internt options, then settings then view files. Go back to the webpage window, read the explorer bar, and then look for that exact thing in the winexplorer. Then deleat that file. Presto, its done. Oh, yes, and when looking, it helps to have the pages sorted by site. Makes it *much* easier.
