I think it's a stupid idea. First of all, you should submit the D-Mod's that ain't listed in The Dink Solutions, and if someone have problems viewing the net, at the very moment they are playing a game they are stuck in. They can always save the walkthroughs on their own computer by downloading the site content of the walkthrough. Or download an offline browser
