You're basically making someone search for a lot longer to find the correct walkthrough if some walkthroughs are in your file and not on the Dink solutions or the other way round.
And I think that the amount of people unable to open the Dinksolutions, but able to download something of the Dinknetwork is negligible. And without constant net access there's always a nice save function. And by the time that becomes an important factor you might rethink your use of walkthroughs anyway if you ask me.
