Well, I'd spend a lot of it on myself but also make a habit of surprising people with random acts of kindness.
One thing I've wanted to do for a while (which I think actually was done somewhere) is to leave envelopes with $100 notes in public toilets, and a not that says "Hope this brightens your day just a little!"
