Off topic was created for discussions/topics that didn't have to do with the others listed. Birthday threads are the sort of thing that go in off topic. Something like telling everyone something you are really hyped about (if you must.) The "make the stupidest comment" threads are so-so but just because they *can* get interesting. There's no place for spam. If you want to spam, you can go get your own forum to crap on.
If you're still bored, at least do something constructive. There have been topics with riddles and jokes and guess the name of the artist who wrote this song. Those are always fun and welcomed, but spam personally pisses me off as well as other people. Don't abuse your rights or you may find them taken away.
And also don't think that just because your a ghost you're safe. You can still get banned.
