I really like that idea. I think a D-Mod that spends its time in a single town is a good idea, I would be interested to know how you would manage that.

Also like the idea of a "Necropolis" inhabited by both the undead and the living.

I suspect this means that the city has a graveyard somewhere? Or perhaps catacombs?
