1. Open DFArc.
2. You see checkboxes below the "play Dmod" button.
3. Uncheck the checkboxes "True color mode" and "windowed mode", or something similar.
If your brother thinks these terms have ANYTHING to do with MS-DOS, he should learn DEFINATELY more about computers. DOS doesn't work in a windowed way, and "true color" is a term to define 32-bits colors (billions) on the screen at once, which can unfortunately slow down the Dink Smallwood game.
