If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
wow, this has been a long time for me, but I think you need to move the map.dat file into the map 1 folder and copy the map.dat file from the map 2 folder into the main LOT folder. I know someone updated/bug fixed LOT after I left but I believe this is how you do it.
