I assume you're talking about Mystery Island. To kill the Ninja Bot, you need duck magic. Go to the strange fountain and transform into a duck. Then go searching and eventually you will comu across a duck out in the open. Talk to it and mate then you will get duck magic. Transform back into a human then go fight the Ninja Bot. Use duck magic repeatedly (as much as you can as fast as you can) until the Ninja Bot dies. The ducks will just peck away at his feet. Guess what, he forgot foot armour!
