As for the times, 9pm I would assume would be the time in the British Isles. For times in Western Europe that would be 10pm, and people in Finland it would be 11pm. As for people near Moscow that would be 12 am.
: For North Americans who can't stand the summer heat the times are 1pm pacific, 2pm mountain, 3pm central, 4pm eastern. That holds true for canadians except for saskatchewan time which is 3pm.
