The Dink Network

So we have water, juices, milk and alcoholic drinks. Now what I need to know is how would you be able to get them (you can buy them of course but should you be able to get it without money?) and would they have different effects (effects of alcohol are clear). And where would you put it, in bottles or something else?

I have a couple of ideas about how to take care of it but I would like to hear your opinion.
