I kind of have! Well, at least, I've worked through that list of bugs and crossed off the ones that I've fixed/can't reproduce and don't mind (the latter mostly in Boss Mode), it's all clear. I've still managed to find a really annoying one for myself. And I've still got to play the whole thing through.
