If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
You see, tiles are the things that Dink walks on. TS39 is a tile made by Mike Snyder. To get it press T on your keyboard when in WinDinkEdit (I'm assuming you have that) then press 0. I don't think you have to press T. But anyway.
Also I have seen something like 'TS29' in other d-mods.
This is just a different tile. Dmodders can make their own or download some here from the Dink Network.
