Yeah rating a file is kind of difficult so what is really needed for a high rating?

I think the people who reviewed it just had a different opinion about what it’s supposed to do.
Did I say that time and effort were factors? If so I didn’t mean to say that, I just meant that it’s a very useful file and that finally someone took the time to make it.
“I'd consider a 10 for something more 'original', not a
modification of someone else's graphics.” I’d consider a 10 for something very useful and Dink colours is useful (Looking at what I just said an 8 might fit but then again how exactly do you have to rate a review?).
And I don’t think that how the file has been made is a factor, it’s what it does that really matters.
