I think a 10 would be most perfect because the graphics pack does exactly what it should do. What does the difficulty of making the graphics matter? I'm sure there are plenty of people who don't even know how to do such a thing and much more people that don't even take the time to make such an amazing graphics pack. Besides rabidwolf9 also thought about new things in his graphics pack, it may be only a colour change but it makes things a lot different (for example merchant to zombie).
DinkDude95 do you decide what's Dink? Dink is what you make of it and it would be very stupid to say "It's not really Dink" especially for a development file because its meant to ADD things to Dink not make the same old things that already exist just because it would be 100% original Dink in your opinion. Also Dink colours is very useful if you want to make a big epic with for example stronger bonca’s so you can give the stronger ones a different colour to separate them.
So I really don't see why a 5 would be good for Dink colours. It took a lot of time and effort to do it and it's very useful and I say it again it does exactly what it should do so actually it deserves a 10.
