Anyway:
1) Grab Ultimate Cheat, which I guess you have already done else you wouldn't have asked this question.
2) Open the .zip file with WinZip or whatever program you use for that.
3) Extract key-191.c and the files starting with [ult] to <wherever you have installed Dink>\dink\story (default: C:\Program Files\Dink Smallwood\dink\story).
4) Run Dink with any D-Mod and press the '/' key, which is not a wand.
If it does not work, extract key-67.c to the same place and press 'c' instead.
