You can download new D-Mods here: click The Dink Network, then go to D-Mods. Here you can pick a D-Mod to download, just read the reviews.
Making a new D-Mod isn't as easy as downloading one, but if you really wanna try, get some tutorials to learn DinkC and learn how to use the editor - see Development. You can always ask a question here if you need help
