If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
AFAIK, there is no way to slow down the timer or make it easier any way. Just try to memorize the locations of the cameras and destroy them as quickly as possible. You'll get it eventually. 
Or do it my way, go to the editor and put sprites with the "s3-cam" -script somewhere near and destroy them (not recommended, as it's quite harsh cheating)
