Name your image icon-01.bmp
Create a folder in you graphics folder named icons, and put your image there.
In the init file, add:
load_sequence graphics\icons\icon- 464 NOTANIM
To use your icon, when you give dink the boots use:
add_item("name of bootscript",464, 1);
If you have access to the original dink icon images, you could also just move a copy into your graphics folder and replace unused original icon images with your own. Rename your icon Item-w03.bmp and copy it over the original, and the pig feed icon will be replaced with your boots.
