Django Reinhardt. Hands down, the most amazing jazz/gypsy guitarist you'll ever hear. Especially since a few of his fingers were actually sewn together. Some kind of weird thing, but he can still move around the fretboard as well as anyone I've heard. Even me. 
Oh, and Larry Lavonne from Primus. He's not wonderful, but he can pull off some of the weirdest sounding solos that fit in greatly with the tripping-on-acid feel that Primus has. Plus, he looks like he could totally be my doppleganger.
