Even made up languages have to have guidelines. They need to have pauses, classes, objects and syntax. There needs to be repeatability, and an ability to be used.

The problem with making up languages, is that you are greatly influenced by your mother tounge. So, in essence, any language you make up will most likely be nothing more than a glorified code. On the otherhand, if you started to make a language that had the noun words actually modified by any adjectives, and not just adjacent to them, then you would be making a good atempt at it.

One thing that many people don't realize, is that other languages have concepts and ideas that English does not have, and visa-versa. There may be sublte tones that we don't catch that drastically alter the meanings, and we might not even be able even hear the language correctly in the first place. (Take, for example, a person of middle eastern origins. They can not tell the difference between the letters b and v by the sound. They think both are b.)

And this is not even getting into the idea that some parts of all languages are genetically encoded into our makeup.
