If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
It sounds like you're needing Dink 1.08. Install this, it includes DFArc. Having installed that, the .dmod file type gets linked to DFArc, so double-clicking on a .dmod file should install the D-Mod. Then you can also use DFArc to play D-Mods, just double-click on the DFArc icon and select the D-Mod from the list.
