The Dink Network

I have put my savefiles in the directory but when I load it I am stuck on a screen with stones pointing down. I think it's from the main game, there was also a bunch of stones put together that way with a barrel under one of them.

Anyway, how do I make it load properly? I don't see any 'directions' or anything like that as it said in the readme.txt
Unless you want the arrow to be a direction, but I can't go anywhere from this screen.
