If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
The trick was to run from the boss and fire hellfire at him, if I'm not mistaken. Which is tricky since the boss is really quick, it took me quite some tries too. 
(though I didn't have my inventory full of potions, just roughly half of it)
