This site is loading fast enough, although the pages that has many posts(>50) aren't that fast.
The design is great, and I wouldn't change it.
You wouldn't change slowness? That's odd and makes no sense. I've seen forums that load large number of posts faster than tdn, so the slowness can be fixed.
