Oh, you noticed . I dunno; maybe SimonK used the Ultimate Cheat to test his dmod and forgot to delete the 'key-74' script (likely) or didn't bother to remove it (also likely), or maybe his dmod is so hard that he thought it would be best to include the UltCheat (less likely).
