Reply to PQ-Ice queen and Fairie

When I meet the fairie after saving Roland, she tells me that she will never help me! When I go to the Ice queen, she asks for my armour, should I give it to her?
Please help, because I refused to give her the armour and she put me in jail and I cannot get out now, there are these funny frog like things and I even got into a place which said you have reached the bad ending, but, is there any other way out of this prison I am in?
Have I done something wrong?
Also, the gypsy said something about sugar beats in lush greenery, where is greenery in PUNZ?
