It doesn't need to be sticky. My criteria for stickying something (which is probably other staff members' criteria as well):
1) It is something everyone needs to see, or something that shouldn't get lost.
2) It's something that updates pretty frequently, or something of enough importance.
Since it's been about a month since the last DinkSquad update, making a new post about it is sufficient.
