: : : : Uhm, yeah. You don't have an animation of the orc, but yeah, it could be a standing guard or something like that..

: : : so all you have to do is take the spear and trim it! so it will look like it's in the orc's hand!

: :  All of that is irrelevant as the orc is the main character, and is controlled by the player...so he can't be stationary. And I'm not changing the graphics, I already said that! ;~)

: Doesn't matter, you can let the player meet his friend, the orc guard, standing with a spear
