On my opinion, the most inventive part was in SoB, where you have to piss in a church, to get a bottle of drink. If I hadn't had the walktrough, I would have never thought of this.
Paul Pliska is a great DMOD author, and his scripts are outstanding. By the way, did he left the Dink community, or where is he?
As for the best story, I would choose "Cycles of Evil", by redink1. Cycle of Evil and Twins, are the only DMODs(from those I've played), where you find the plot at the end.
Green Voice in my head also had a great story, too bad Raven never released the second part.
