Nice dictionary you've got there, I haven't seen that particular definition of hermit before.
This isn't a chat room; Don't expect people to post replies within minutes, it can take days sometimes. This is a small community, and doesn't have thousands of members.
You weren't "told off" at first, you were asked to refrain from certain behaviours... you ignored this request, and therefore continued to irritate community members.
Then the staff told you off, and you spat the dummy (as it were). Again and again and again.
