If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
Dink's default speed is 3, 2 is herb boots speed and 1 is sonic speed. you change it with set_dink_speed(-1);
sp_speed(1, -1); might work too, not sure, in which case there's no limit you'd have to worry about.
