sigh, let's make it easy, download dink blackwood, go into the graphics folder, copy the rain sprites, and paste into your D-mod,
next, copy the Dink.ini files from dink blackwood (the .ini lines for the rain sprites)
and paste into your D-mods Dink.ini, and Voilá
rain sprites availible to use!!
