If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
You can't do anything with the paperweight. You must talk to the ogre statue and place both tears at the same time. If it doesn't work, it may be a bug, so don't talk to the fountain more than once. If you have more than two ogre tears, you might not be able to place them, and in this case, you're stuck. You'll have to load an older saved game.
