It's not the kind of position you advertise for. I imagine that people who've turned out (good) AAA games are usually gainfully employed and don't check the blizzard personals.
And besides, it's too important to advertise for. They want someone to add to one of their most succesful franchises... they should find the person to fill it, that person shouldn't have to find them.
And, of course, nobody wants to play "Diablo III: Reexploring the Dynamics of Clicking," especially if it's going to be designed by some random designer Blizzard dragged in off the street. (I actually like D2, but it gets boring very fast; I've killed Diablo exactly once)
