If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
You must kill him to go back to Armend. If you can't beat him, try to bring more elixirs. Do some leveling. Pick up the Light Sword in one of the Castle Storage rooms. Burn trees, bomb rocks, pick up attack/defense potions, etc...
