I've always kept p2p legal, since it's data transferred from peer to peer, just like text in messenger ect. I really don't know these laws well, and like i would care. I doubt that FBI doesn't rush on every warez-teens room and arrest them.

p2p programs are legal, people who use p2p to share illegal files are doing wrong. (though I find a program that was created for the sole purpose of sharing files illegally being legal a tad silly, that's the law at least for now)

Be careful if you use kazaa or other popular p2p programs for downloading music, they sue people for that in Finland nowadays, though the chances are small... still wouldn't want to pay thousands of euros for downloading mortal kombat annihilation techno theme or whatever.

Uhm, I guess Scratcher meant that games are seldomly produced to be original and fun, but more to make as much money as able. Short, unoriginal games, suited for the biggest group of players, stunning graphics, meager gameplay, lots of marketing, games based on a famous license (like disney) etc.

yeah, and the prizes are ridiculous (and keep rising), a poor student like me could never afford much games.
