keep it real 
dis-enabling third party extensions DOESNT DO ANYTHING!!@!@!@! it opens up some quicktime thing in the browser still and it doesnt work and nothing even plays.

OK and also i figured out how to disable the quicktime thing doing something you go in quicktime preferences and click MIME settings and uncheck what you dont want to use quicktime plug-in (ie videos, audio, whatever) so i disabled all audio which includes midi format so now if i click a link to a midi file it doesnt try to play with quicktime plug in just nothing happens!

it does the "The page cannot be displayed" thing and it doesnt open with mplayer2 even thought midi files are susposed to open with it normally.
