Hmm... I believe it means: "Thats right", either aimed at his/her post or another's.

EG: "Did you all know that clouds are red?"

Just means you are happy.

EG: "I had a nice day today "

Not happy

Opposite of smile.

EG: "My computer has a virus "

Tongue

Means you are joking around.

EG: "Maybe WC is going to be kind today "

Mad

I think you know.

EG: "YOU LITTLE **** "

Sad

You are just sad because of something

EG: "Lots of people died because of tsunamis "

Really happy!

Either exited, or just really happy.

EG: "I DID IT! "
