If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
People do edit posts, and they always will. If they are good people, they make it obvious through an EDIT : or whatever. I try to always do that... it saves a lot of confusion!
I edited some of my posts in that thread, but invaiably said so. Well, I think I did for the changes I made... and nonetheless, I didn't retract any of my ugly comments.
I did make one or two after all. Erk.
EDIT : I edited this post to make it's meaning clearer, for example. And to give you plaudits for your apology. I also apologise for offending you.
