Well, there's 41 files (ts01 to ts41) with tiles and you can add new tiles to those files: open them and copy/paste your tile and save, don't mess up the palette though. As long as there's room (you can see that in DinkEdit), you can add more tiles. Wouldn't know the number of tiles you can have but you can also replace a file with a new one and fill that one completely with new tiles, like the new ts39 which you see in several D-Mods.
