If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
DFArc is, by default, installed to the main Dink Directory with dink.exe. Unless you changed the install path it should be in C:\Program Files\Dink or C:\Program Files\Dink Smallwood (I can't remember now).
All you need to do to run DFArc is double-click on the .dmod file you downloaded.
