If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
You must first run the main dink game (just start it, and press the quit button) to let the engine find the your Dinksmallwood folder. This creates a dinksmallwood.ini somewhere on your HD. I believe DFArc uses this .ini to determine where it should put the DMod folders.
So:
Start up the main game and click the quit button.
Re-install all installed DMods.
