If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
PaintShopPro also works quite well, and is quite a bit cheaper. It doesn't have all the same functions as PhotoShop, but it still is a very powerful graphics tool and supports vector graphics, which last I saw, PhotoShop does not.
