If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
You can only enter the codes at certain poles and you can only enter one of the possible codes simply because a digit can only be used once. So for example, you can't enter 15727 because after entering the 7, it's no longer available. And the number in front of the possible codes is the pole where you have to enter it.
