Interesting what people would do with money. I read the same thing about people coming up empty after winning huge sums of money. Then there are the ones that win with some else's money or bottle cap but they refuse to split the winnings. One especially nasty story was the guy that had bought his invalid mom's tickets (she gave him the money to purchase her tickets for her every week for years). One of the tickets hit paydirt but he refused to share because he said he used his own money.
Maybe the real question is how much would you sell your mom for?
