So you have anything else running?
Did you fiddle with the settings or the program?
Have you been building a quest with a huge map?
The larger the map the slower the machine. I discovered that by making a map and by looking at other D-Mod Maps. I find that the larger ones slow down the Win-Dink-edit a tad.
